Endrick Transfer News has taken another turn after Real Madrid reportedly shut down plans for the 20-year-old to leave on loan this summer.

AS first reported that Aston Villa and Roma had shown interest in the Brazil forward. Villa viewed Endrick as a possible replacement for Morgan Rogers, who joined Chelsea for £117m, while Roma emerged as another option for a temporary deal.

Endrick spent the second half of last season with Lyon and made a strong impression. He scored eight goals and supplied five assists in 21 appearances, after struggling for regular football in Madrid. That spell fuelled fresh loan talk.

AS now reports that Madrid have changed their stance. José Mourinho wants Endrick available, while Florentino Pérez has backed keeping him. ESPN has similarly reported that Endrick now looks likely to stay.

Endrick Transfer News gives United a tempting option

Manchester United should test Madrid’s resolve if the door opens again. Ale Moreno’s suggestion is significant because United need another forward who can attack the box.

‘I really do think that Real Madrid could use Endrick this season. So, if I were Endrick, I actually would consider staying at Real Madrid,’ the former Venezuela international told ESPN.

‘But if the question is about where he would go, where he should go, where he may end up… we’ve talked a lot about Manchester United. The more you think about it, the more it makes sense to have a player with a profile of Endrick.

‘He is different from anything else they have in the attack in a central position. So, I’m thinking that perhaps that could be a place that could think about Enrick as a possibility.

‘I would stay at Real Madrid if I were him but I’m looking at it from the perspective as to what team near the top of the Premier League could use a player like Endrick.’

Their 1-1 friendly draw with PSG highlighted the issue. United created chances but lacked a ruthless finisher when openings came. The concern grows with Joshua Zirkzee linked with Juventus and Benjamin Šeško sidelined by injury. Endrick would offer something different. He can lead the line, drift into the right channel and combine with Højlund rather than competing for the same role.

That versatility matters for Michael Carrick, especially if United want more movement around the penalty area.

Endrick Transfer News makes the loan case

Lyon provided the clearest evidence that Endrick can punish European defences when given meaningful minutes. His pace, strength and fierce shooting give him a different edge. His Brazil involvement at the 2026 World Cup adds senior experience.

Steve Nicol’s Fulham point still deserves consideration. Regular starts at Craven Cottage could serve Endrick better than sitting behind established forwards at Old Trafford. Development needs minutes.

Yet United have their own reasons to take the gamble. A top-four push requires greater attacking depth, and Endrick could cover two positions while offering genuine upside.

There is a drawback for United. They would help develop a Real Madrid asset without securing long-term control. Still, if Mourinho and Pérez reverse course, Carrick should push INEOS to act. Endrick Transfer News could then become a very different story.
