Those statistics deserve attention. His position does too. Barcola attacks defenders from the left before driving inside onto his stronger right foot. That movement forms the strongest part of his game, and shifting him permanently onto the right would naturally reduce that threat.

Liverpool’s current problem sits somewhere else.
