Manchester United have signalled their intent to sign 16-year-old Palmeiras sensation Eduardo Conceição. According to UOL, the club plan to submit a formal offer worth roughly £34m (€40m), including bonuses, within the next few days. The Red Devils have joined Manchester City and Barcelona in the race for one of South America’s most talked-about teenage prospects. Already dubbed the “new Neymar,” the youngster scored twice and provided two assists as Brazil finished third at the South American Under-17 Championship this month, all before playing a single minute for the Palmeiras first team.
